The demandFITNESS Team is excited to be launching our new blog.  This will be your resource for fitness news, tips and motivation.  You will find news about the demandFITNESS website, including announcements big and small.  We hope you will enjoy our ever growing library of information!

 

You may have noticed a few minor changes in our class organization over the past week or so.  We made changes that will hopefully make browsing for classes easier.  We eliminated the Mind and Body classification. In its place we added two new categories: Self Defense/Martial Arts and Relaxation/Meditation.  Our assisted living/limited mobility section was streamlined to more accurately represent the nature of this grouping.  We also eliminated the Fit over 40 category and classes.  The classes were very seldom used, and the category was unnecessary.  The Power Yoga video was also replaced with a new class that more accurately represents power yoga.

 

Last week we launched a new series of classes called Callanetics.   These exercises provide deep muscle training in a non-impact environment.  This week’s new classes are Cardio Striptease and Cardio Dance 2.  Be sure to check them out!
