Challenge #3 Kettlebells!

I LOVE KETTLEBELLS.  Have you tried any of the Kettlebell workouts??

The kettlebell is one of my favorite training  tools. You can get a great workout in minimal time and there are no fancy bells (no pun intended) and whistles or complicated movements-- it's all you, Baby! 

Most kettlebell exercises are involve multi-joint and even mutli-planar movements. Be sure you watch how the exercise is performed and listen carefully to the cues BEFORE you start the workout. So my Kettlebell challenge workout is:

10 Kettlebell Clean and Sweep, 10 Kettlebell Squat with one arm overhead press, 10 pushups - repeat 5 times!  Watch your lower back and your form! GO! Let me know if you need help!
