Hi - I really like the 5-min series, particularly Joanne's ones. I would like some exercises that I could do at my desk during the day.

You may want to check out office stretch and seated stretch, they both can be found under the stretch exercise section. Also, all of the Corrective Training classes are great for in the office.

I went to Corrective Training. That's great. I would really like to see a series of exercises that could be used as alternatives for those who have various pain issues such as bad back, bad knee. I have a bad knee right now so am having trouble with squats, lunges and step so that rules out a lot of exercises.
