Hello, I just joined this week and so far am loving it!   It is just what I needed.  I have several DVD's but I just don't use them.  This is fresh and new so I am really looking forward to exploring all of the classes available.  My question; are there classes that involve using a Bosu, or are there plans to add classes in the future?  I have one and I use it (with slight modifications) for the classes that require a ball or a step.  It is a great excersie device with so many options for use, it would be a great addition.  Thanks!

Hi Heather - Welcome to demandFITNESS!  I believe there are Bosu classes in the works, so stay tuned for those.  In the meantime there are so many great classes to explore.  I hope you find some new favorites as well.

Re: Hello and Welcome to Our DF Community!

    Hi there,

I joined October last year and I really love aerobics and step aerobics. Actually everything what makes you moving with music. Unfortunately I struggle a little with the high-low impact aerobic. Not with the steps but with the condition. Any idea how I could 'grow' into those classes?

I just love DF as it gives me the option doing sports anytime I have some time left. Especially being on the road once in a while. No excuses anymore.

    :-)

Hi Every morning after coffee, i get in my workout, if i say i will do it after work it never happens because i am too tired. I worked my way up starting with the easiest workouts, for people in your forties,so i wouldn't get discouraged with workouts that were too advanced for my fitness level. Connie
