Hi - I am new to the community and the website. I checked it out because I am always time crunched, and this looked like a great opportunity to get in shape with my schedule. Now my friends say to help keep the weight off, muscle mass is critical....so who's in for a 5 Minute challenge? I am thinking 3 to 4 5 minute workouts 3 times a week to get started. Who's game?? I'm in!!
We can probably even copy and paste the Fitness Trackers to show our progress.
The %'s are my FAVE workout! I am in...let's go!
OK workout girl, I was slacking and waiting for a couple more to join, but now time like the present. Lets get this kicked into gear. Pick your 3 and lets get moving! I going Legs, back and Shoulders+Neck. See you Sunday.
OK Workout girl....Friday ran into Sat, but ready to go again later today. How are you doing? You still with me? Here's my tracker:
Total Workout Time for Month: 15:00 min
I'm in... I like the 5 minute workouts, too.
Today... I did arms, arms 2 and chest....woohoo!! Tha 5 minutes flies by, but my arms are still burning.
VB - I owe you 1. Was hitting a wall getting some late work done (and had slacked on the workouts) - saw your post. Then decided to take 5 a couple times. Followed your lead. Now I'm back at it. The chest one seemed to actually work my neck harder. I think I was using my head too much to stabilize on the ball. Anyway, thanks for the lead. Catch you Thursday for some legs and core?
I had the same issue with the neck. Didn't know if that meant that I was doing it wrong or I just had a weak neck...haha. Anyway... Gonna do some Yoga tonight, and I am in for legs and core work tomorrow.
Well - since that is mainly MY series, I have to ask, have you tried the 5 min thighs???LOVE IT!
I LOVE the 5 minute series. It's perfect for my short attention span. I do several of them a day. I like to sneak them in throughout the day when I am working from home. I do one while I wait for dinner to cook, or wait for the laundry.... anytime I have a few minutes to spare. I find them energizing. The thigh workout was one I hadn't tried before, but it was a great workout. Thanks!!
And here I thought you let me down. Just hit the triple legs & glutes. Great program...I realy like the 5 Min Legs & Glutes in 1 - Excellent class with lots of good posture tips - Thanks Joanne from all except my new found glutes!
OK...did the 5 minute thighs. That's a good one alright. The burn sneaks up on you. Time to get back at it. Lost some focus this week. Now time for some upper body - Neck & Shoulders + Arms2. Who's in??? Always tough to get started, but once you in - 3x5 is easy!
