     I'm curious to see how much water everyone actually gets a day.  I'm not as good about drinking enough water as I should be, so I'm wondering about others too.

     

    How many cups of water do you drink a day?

     

    • 8 - 10 cups a day (28.6%)
    • 5 - 7 cups a day (28.6%)
    • 2 - 4 cups a day (38.1%)
    • 1 cup a day (0%)
    • Does coffee count? (4.8%)

    Well I drink more in the weekends when Im home and in my comfort zone. :)

    At work I nearly always forget to drink water as I get so busy, so when I get home I try to fill up on as much water as I can. Definitely in cold and rainy winters I drink less water. I think here in rainy misty Ireland we 'breathe' in water from the atmosphere. Hehe
