I prefer to workout in the morning, but that isn't always possible with my work schedule. What is better for weightloss, am or pm? I've heard conflicting opinions on this.

I like exercising in the morning. I have more energy and focus for working out. I have also heard that mornings are the best because it gets your metabolism going and you burn more fat during the day.
I think its best to workout when you can and when you want, rather than never!!! But I do find that working out to late prevents me from falling asleep when I want to, but my personal favorite time to work out is late afternoon before dinner... although, it's practically impossible for most of the days of the week!
