I signed up, did anyone else?  I like the challenge of trying to reach a certain number of points in 7 weeks.  Good timing too, since swim suit season is right around the corner!  I was supposed to play tennis today, but got rained out.  So, I did a kickbox class so that Ididn't miss a workout today.  It's helping me stay focused!

Hello, I just signed up too! It seems like another nice way to keep track of our fitness results and stay connected. Okay, and embarassingly enough, the kid in me wants one of those medals :-) I think that's because I wasn't involved in sports teams or competitions when I was young (I was too busy at ballet, which is really rewarding but alas, sadly does not award medals), so the idea of having a shiny medal appeals to the child in me. LOL. It'd be fun if lots of people here sign up so we can really compare results!

OK.  I'm in too.  Started to fill in the stars...and now only wish they had an automatic fitness tracker too!  Bring on the medals.

Trish - What workouts are you doing for the challenge?   I have been playing hockey and doing the 5 minute workouts on DF.  Anything you like?

Tennis gave me lots of points!  I played singles for a little over an hour and a half last week.  It gave me over 700 points for that alone!  Need to schedule more tennis!!

The points are actually kind of motivating!

Your first step in working out and losing weight is just doing it!! Take it a day at a time with small attainable goals along the way.

I signed up last week and it really is a cool thing.  I like the national comparisons.  It looks like NY is a wee bit behind, I guess I need to step it up a bit, lol.  I got alot of points for golfing last Friday, thank goodness I walked, it does make a big difference.  Go DF team, you are all doing a wonderful job Party!!!

OK - Minor limitation on the input side of the challenge.  You can only input data within the past 14 days.  So when I went back in to update my workouts, I was blocked from entering aboiut 2 weeks of data and as a result - I missed my goal.  They need the automatic tracking like demandFITNESS!  Guess I let Mr. Bush down.  Back to the goal board.
