We get a lot of questions about how fast and how long and how often to walk when you are trying to lose weight. The link above is very helpfulso I thought I'd pass it along. The article describes walking at a "determined"pace ( and I call a focused pace). make sure you warm up for a good 5 to 10 minutes before you start the "work" portion of your workout.
