Hey - I love reading all your comments and notice that some of you use my classes regularly. Who are you?! Talk to me! Anyone interested in starting a challenge group with me? What do you think? Ideas? Input?
Talk to me!
Joanne
Joanne,
I LOVE your classes!!! Especially your five minute series and cardio kickboxing classes! I would like to see more cardio classes too, more Hi-lo especially.... =]
I would be interested in a challenge group..
Sara
Agree with Sara on the 5 minute classes. I need to get the upper body back in shape, so I would be in for a program there! Going to hit some 5 mins classes now. Neck & Shoulders, Arms 2, and Chest. Lets get it going!
I could really use a challenge group, I have been lacking in motivation lately and I have come up with a million excuses. Although I enjoy many of the instructors DF has, I find myself using your videos the most. There isn't anything I feel I cannot complete with your coaching and I think that like minded folks banded together on a mission can get alot done. The buddy thing hasn't worked out for me. I am on the computer everyday and I am eager to e-mail somebody on a regular basis, but my buddy experience hasn't lasted for more than 2 e-mails. I love your idea Joanne, lets do it! Lets get this team together.
Tressa
Thanks Tessy! Any ideas for a challenge?
I have some ideas. I see from previous posts that time is a real issue for everyone. I know for myself that I am frequently telling myself little white lies about how little time I have for working out. The truth is that we need so little of it to make big changes in our lives. For instance, if you add up the time in between commercials on TV you could have invested about 15 minutes of you time into your health savings. If it is hard to do it all of your time in one shot, break it up throughout the day. Try some fun activities such as dog walking, which is an easy 15 minutes for me and it is fun. I also golf and make sure I walk doing it. What I am trying to say is that exercise doesn't have to be drudgery. I think that would be a great challenge to start with, setting aside 15 minutes a day for the first 4 weeks to yourself. I have read that it takes about that much time to get your body into a routine. We could share our experiences and challenges with one another throughout the process. After one month, well we can see where we are and go from there. This can be done and we are all here for each other
OK ! I am in. We can shoot for the 15 Min Challenge. Let's get it going! Do you want to head it up or do you want me to?
