If yes, then the following is for you-Your classes are awesome.. I feel connected.. Ive been doing well so far- Im following the basic guidelines, but some of the early cardio classes are a bit slow for me, so Ive been doing your cardio kickboxing and walk aerobics classes. Walk aerobics is surprising! Low impact yet I sweat like crazy at the end of it...
I'm also modifying the 16 week to an 8 week- I have a wedding to attend at the end of 8 weeks- so going to move from one module to another every 2 weeks. Can you point me to some of your high impact cardio/toning classes... I was just looking through them.
I am doing ok so far.. let's hope I continue and stay focussed!!!

Yes, It's me....
Sorry it took me awhile to get back with you. How is it going? If you feel comfortable with the beginner levels then try some of the kettlebell classes. You get a cardio response and a toning response at the same time. Very efficient. Any suggestions on what you'd like to see more of? I am in a video rut!
