I would love to see the DemandFitness yoga classes follow the Yogafit methodology (www.yogafit.com) with a more defined warm up phase, followed by a work phase, followed by a deep stretch phase. Yogafit is yoga for fitness, so it would be a perfect fit for DemandFitness. Some of the yoga classes I've taken would be safer with a better warm up phase. Also, I'd love to see your yoga classes named a little differently, as they always seem easier than their names imply.
There is so much I like about DemandFitness, especially the variety you offer, it prevents boredom!

I'd love to see more Kundalini yoga practices.
Also, I really like the Athletic Conditioning section (particularly the running and skiing) and would love to see more practices that can help me increase agility and speed in running.

I too would like to see new cardio classes. Been a member for sometime and try and workout everyday, so the same videos become dull after awhile. Some new cardio to vary my routine would be great. :D
Cardio kickbox 8 was recently added. It's a great 50 minute cardio workout. Check it out!

I would love more belly dancing classes. More fit ball classes.
and shorter cardio strength classes. I think this is an awesome program. Love the 8 week beginner program. Almost done and ready for the 16 week one.
Am fairly new to the site but I exercise every day, so have practically done all the clases at least once. I have faves, but would love to see a whole new section on weight training, powerfit classes with weights based on repetition, which is what I need at this stage where I have lost the extra pounds but need to build muscle and definition. Please, help me achieve this!
I would like to see some more cool downs. I think the two available are grea tbut get sick of doing the same ones every week.

I love your classes, so more classes from you would be great - more advanced kickboxing for instance. I would also like to see more Tai Chi classes given by Master Tom. He is a very good teacher and his classes are great on days where I want to do a softer workout or need to quiet my mood.
I'd love to see PowerFlex classes! (See my other thread which I wrote before I found this one.) :-) :-) Those would be totally awesome!!!!!
I'm new to the site so haven't done that many classes yet. But I absolutely love Step classes, so the more the better. :-) I'm temporarily only able to do strength classes though because of an achilles tendonitis problem. But I'm loving the 5-minute series and the body sculpting classes. :-)
How often are new classes added?
