Just wondering if anybody knows - because it seems to be a secret - how you cancel your membership and stop directfitness taking money out of your bank accout - as it is not a direct debit it is still using my bank details (that I thought was for a one-off payment)

Well that doesn't work either. I sent them an e-mail a couple of months ago to not renew. Well guess what my credit card was charged. I thin it is funny there are no phone numbers. If they do not credit my account, I will proceed this matter further.

 I am haing trouble unsubscribing as well.  I am not recommending this site to anyone...

 Were you finally able to unsubscribe?  I am having trouble too.
