I would LOVE to see more cardio kickbox classes from Joanne!!! =] They are my favorite, and also hi-lo with I think Valerie, will she be teaching any new classes? she makes me work like crazy!
Marisa - I love this idea too! At this point the best option would be to copy and paste your fitness tracker into the community to share with someone else. Or, possibly start a thread in the challenges section of the forum to have others join you in reaching for your goal. There are upgrades to the software for the community coming down the road that may alow us more flexibility with sharing that kind of info between members. We'll keep you posted about the options.
I just joined a few weeks ago and I truly enjoy the workouts. My favorite so far is the Kettlebells (You do a great job Joanne!). I even sent a request to get more Kettlebell work outs...! I was told that there is some in the works. Yay! Anyway, My big question is trying to get fitter on a very limited time schedule. I would like to see how others manage it.

DF is absolutely fantastic! Joanne Blackerby's and Valerie Hunt's classes are my favourite. I'm hoping there will be more classes by these excellent instructors. I'm usually picky about classes as I believe a good instructor has to give out lots of positive energy which makes you keep going even if you feel like you can't do anymore. Joanne and Valerie are absolutely great at this and are a big inspiration to me. Thank you!

I read about this site in WW Magazine and thought I would give it a try. Boy, am I glad I found this site!! I've been working out off and on but not consistantly. I have a tremendous amount of weight to lose but each time I restart my excersise routine it becomes even more daunting than the time before. I am just thrilled from what I have found on the site. I especially like how there are beginner programs all set up to help us on our way to a better lifestyle. I am also finding that through out the day I am adding a 5 min. work out here, or a stretching work out there. The possibilities are endless!!
