    longer workouts

    Hi,

    I have been using Demand Fitness for about 6 months now and I love it.  The instructors are great and the variety is awesome.  The only thing I really would like to see are longer cardio workouts.  I know some of the sessions tell you to simply start over when you finish, but I would rather see one continuous program that gave me a good sweat.

    I agree.  I do mostly the 5 Min stuff for toning, but longer aerobic workouts would be great for the winter & rainy days especially, when we have to stay indoors more.  Great site, from what I have seen so far!.

    Thanks for your input. What types of cardio classes would you like to see? Longer workouts in which formats? I love to hear your suggestions.

    I would really love to see a longer walking interval class.  I enjoy the one you have and frequently I will complete two back to back.  These classes really get me to my target heart rate and keep me interested.  I like classes that have different combos, they challenge me to learn new ways to move my body. I get bored easy and thank goodnes DF is available because I never lose interest.  Thank you for all your great classes and thank you for your interest, it is much appreciated Big Smile

    I too would like to see longer workouts.  I really like the cardiokickboxing workouts...I wish they were longer with some added arm and leg combos.  I think Joanne has a great personality.

    Are any of the workouts available as podcasts?  That would be so helpful for the walking/treadmill/cycling workouts.  Just an idea!

    The workous are not available for ipods at this time.  It's something we have considered for down the road though.

    Ok! Ok! Let me see what I can do! we've got some kickbox shoots coming up so hang tight! Thanks for the support! Have you tried the foam roller classes after the kickbox? They are great for tired muscles!

    Hi Joanne,

    What are the foam roller classes?  I have been doing the site for a year, and love it here, but don't know what you mean by this.  I was really excited this am when I saw that you are going to start offering Krav Maga - and in longer sessions.  I too would like a longer workout, so that 40 and 60 min. really interests me.  Kickboxing/Karate are my favorite forms of exericse.

    I did both of them tonight after my Band Workout.  That really hit the spot.  Keep them foam roller classes comin'  Yes
