    Those are good ideas, and, I might point out, that Demand Fitness has already put a lot of those tools in place for us. The article suggests keeping a record of exercise, which we have here on the fitness tracker. Plus, staying motivated through community is someting we can do here on the forums. So, keep talking everyone! I love checking in here after I work out. It really does help keep me motiviated to hear everyone else's success stories, struggles, questions etc.
