Hello! I just had a little one in January. Throughout my pregnancy the only "exercise" I did was taking care of my 2 year old, daily housework, and walking at Wal-Mart while shopping. I had a trial of labor after c-section that ended in another c-section. So, I've been recovering from c-section as well as labor! I've lost my pregnancy "weight" but have a another 30-40 pounds and 3 sizes of clothes to lose! I started in on the postnatal strength class (today :)) and am looking forward to getting rid of my extra pounds and turning this fat into muscle!! I'm hoping that being accountable to you will help me keep going!
