Saw this article today and it brought up some interesting points. I am definitely going to attempt to incorporate more "me" into my workouts internally instead of just going through the motions to get finished. I don't check in with myself enough.

I disagree with this, for myself. I workout before getting ready for work in the morning and use the time to daydream and think about things. I sort of let my body go on autopilot, following the instructions on the video, while I'm solving problems at work in my head, or whatever. I then walk to work, doing the same kind of thinking. This way, by the time I get to work, I am mentally as well as physically prepared for my day.
