Here we go. Let's try to pull a group together via the Blog feature. I am starting a +15 Challenge. We can all be here to support one another. the goal is 15 minutes of moderately intense exercise every day. We start now! Choose a class you like - I am going to focus on the Kettlebell and 5 minute series - and commit to 15 minutes MORE than what you already do each day. It's time to kick it up a notch and get out of your comfort zone! What can you get done in 15 minutes????
I'm in. I like the 5 min classes, but have not tried a Kettlebell class, can you recommend one?
