Saw your post so I googled "energy bars, recipe." Got lots of hits for bars that sound good. I've never tried any myself, but just might have to after looking at some of these recipes!

Would love to find a good receipe for an energy bar that is easy to carry with you........especially for those 3 set tennis matches!!!
